Swaying Palm packages by Ship are operated in association with Lakshadweep Administration+ SPORTS+ Shipping corporation of India – all India government firms from Kochi to Minicoy and back.

Minicoy Island Beach Resort is an excellent beach resort in Minicoy islands India very close to Maldives. This property do have well maintained 48 AC Standard & Deluxe Beach facing rooms in sea shore.  Swaying Palm Packages are operated to Minicoy in association with Minicoy Island Beach resorts with to & fro transport by Ship from Kochi and stay at this beautiful beach resort.

What is Swaying Palm Package?

Swaying palm package is basically a cruise package to any 01 island Minicoy in Lakshadweep with stay in Government of India SPORTS Resorts with AC Standard rooms. Travel between Kochi & Lakshadweep and back will be in cruise and stay at Lakshadweep will be at SPORTS resorts. All meals in ship as well as Resorts is included in the package fare. Swaying Palm Packages are the most affordable and feasible packages for families because it includes both ship travel as well as resort stay with all food at Lakshadweep. It can be taken by both Indians as well as foreigners. For Indians only a valid ID copy is required to get the entry permit where as for foreigners passport & valid visa ( Only tourist visa) copy required.

There are 2 types of accommodation available in Ship for Swaying palm passengers.

1. Gold class ( 4 member cabin)
2. Silver Class ( Special birth similar to AC 3 tier in Indian Railways) are the ship classes available for Swaying Palm packages.

Day 1: 9 am to 10 am: Boarding Ship from Kochi. Day & Night Ship journey to Minicoy.

Day 2: Arrival at Minicoy. Check in into Minicoy Island Beach resorts.

From Day 2 to one day prior to last day ( depending on date chosen): Optional Water Sports activities / sightseeing and Stay at resort. 

Day prior to last day: 9 am to 10 am: Boarding Ship from Minicoy. Day & Night Ship journey to Kochi. 

Last Day: 10 am: Arrival at Kochi.

• Prior Days: 30% Retention 49-30 Days: 30% Retention
• 29-10 days: 50 % Retention
• Last 9 days: Full Retention
