Samudram Package ( April & May 2026) – 2 Islands (BY M.V CORALS)
Government of India has announced Special Samudram Package to Lakshadweep covering 2 islands. Lakshadweep Special Samudram is a Four-day cruise to visit any two islands among Kavaratti, Kalpeni and Minicoy by ship- M.V Corals. The island tour is organized during the day with lunch and refreshments ashore. Nights are spent on board the ship. M.V Corals. Swimming, snorkeling and other water sports are arranged during the day’ tour. Children from 2 year and above up to 10 years will be treated as child.

LTC / LTA Structure for Lakshadweep Samudram 2 Islands Ship Package 2026:
Samudram Package Passengers can avail an LTC/ LTA certificate from SPORTS (Government of India) for an equivalent amount of Rs. 28000 + 5% GST / person for Diamond Class and Rs. 20000 + 5% GST /person in Gold Class . They can submit with their working company (both private and government) and re reimburse the same amount if the firm gives LTC/ LTA for the employees.
What is the difference between Diamond Class and Gold Class in Samudram Package?
Many passengers ask the same question. Actually, Diamond class refers to the first class cabin in ship with maximum 2 members per cabin. These first class cabins are in 4th and 5th deck of the ship. Whereas the Gold class refers to the second class cabin in ship with maximum 4 members per cabin. These first class cabins are in 3rd deck of the ship. Both class cabins will have an attached toilet. Gold class cabins are small and crowded compared to Diamond class. Rest all the package facilities are same for Diamond and Gold classes.
